#Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Swiper Studio (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

"We," "us," and "our" refer to NOLIMITS4WEB LLC, a U.S. company registered in Weston, Florida 33327. "You" means the account holder or, if using on behalf of an organization or client, that entity.

#1. What the Service does

Swiper Studio is a no-code builder for Swiper sliders. It lets you design, preview, and export sliders and related assets/code for use on websites and apps. Export options include HTML, React, Vue, Web Component, CDN, iFrame, and Webflow. Desktop apps are available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Features may change over time.

#2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
  • Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.

#3. Plans, billing, and taxes

  • Some features are paid. Prices, limits, and inclusions are shown on the Site, at checkout, or in your account.
  • By starting a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel (or, for lifetime plans, as a one-time charge).
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

#4. Agencies, client work, and embedding (allowed)

  • You may embed sliders and exports created with Swiper Studio on your or your client's websites and charge your clients for your services (e.g., design, implementation, hosting, maintenance).
  • You may use one account to produce work for multiple clients, subject to your plan's limits and fair use.
  • You may not resell or sublicense access to the Service itself, or redistribute our templates, components, or libraries as a competing product.

#5. Your content and exports

  • Your content. You retain ownership of content you upload or create (text, images, settings, data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.
  • Exports and generated code. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the code and assets you export from the Service for commercial and client projects, without attribution, subject to Section 9.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use in the Service.

#6. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law;
  • infringe IP;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service;
  • circumvent usage limits;
  • misuse bandwidth or APIs;
  • use the Service to create malicious or deceptive experiences.

#7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting, CDNs, fonts, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their components.

#8. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, or remove features; impose or adjust limits; or suspend the Service to maintain security and availability. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

#9. Intellectual property

  • We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, templates, and documentation. Except for the license to your exports in Section 5, no rights are transferred.
  • Some exports may include third-party libraries or code distributed under their own licenses; those licenses govern the included components.

#10. Term and termination

  • You can cancel anytime in your account; cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund past fees.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risk to the Service.
  • Upon termination, your access ends; your license to previously exported assets continues as stated in Section 5.

#11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

#12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and (b) our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

#13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

#14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g., by email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

#15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
